All orders are processed within 24 hours of submission. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All purchases of scented products (i.e. perfume oils, lotions, scrubs etc…) are final; we cannot credit, refund or exchange these items due to the nature of the products. To assist with your decision, please see our sample packs or ask one of our sales associates for help.
